RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Dailora, we want you to love your order. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn and unused

  • Have original tags attached

  • Include the original hygiene liner

  • Be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, stains, or damage

  • 10% restocking fee

Any items returned that do not meet these requirements may be refused.


Return Window

Returns must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date.


Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items

  • Items marked final sale


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the $15 return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Dailora is not responsible for lost return packages.
