Processing Time

Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before shipment. During launches, restocks, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Domestic Shipping

We offer complimentary shipping on all U.S. orders.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

International Shipping

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and carrier rates.

Please note:

  • Dailora is not responsible for delays caused by customs or international carriers.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Dailora is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. Dailora is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
